I've been wanting to do a picture of my character Riza in some sort of pretty idol dress for a while. Marine-theme to compliment her persona name. :3 (siren) Tried using very cool colors to make her seem more elegant.

Fantastic! I particularly love her face and hair. Lovely soft colours. I can't believe how much crap I had to trawl through in the oekaki cat' to find this but it was worth it =P
